Meet Eliza

Hey I’m Eliza, People & Culture Expert with one goal, to let people thrive. This is how I help companies grow from the inside out, by investing in their people. Because true sustainable impact is created through a resilient culture.

Why resilience isn't just a buzzword to me

I grew up as the eldest daughter in a working-class family, in a home where emotional complexity and resilience were part of everyday life. I learned early what it means to carry responsibility, to adapt quickly, and to keep going, even when your body says stop.

Years later, after battling chronic fatigue, migraines, and digestive issues, I discovered the power of lifestyle in rebuilding my energy. But what truly changed my path was this question: What if the workplace could be a place of healing and growth, not just pressure and survival?

I studied organizational psychology, became an HR leader, and worked across different industries. Again and again, I saw how culture, leadership, and daily choices shape the energy and engagement of people. I also saw how often wellbeing was treated as an afterthought.

That’s why I do what I do today.

I’m the sparring partner I once needed; someone who bridges the human and strategic sides of business. Someone who brings structure, clarity, and compassion to complex change. Someone who doesn’t just talk about values, but helps teams live them.

My unique edge: powered by Foodworx. While my approach is rooted in organizational psychology, my secret weapon lies in biology. I realized early on that you can’t build a resilient culture on exhausted bodies. That’s why I integrated my expertise platform, Foodworx, into my consultancy.

Foodworx is the “engine” behind the ‘Mind’ pillar of my work. It allows me to look beyond behavior and address the biochemistry of performance. Whether it’s fixing the afternoon slump or managing stress hormones, I use evidence-based nutritional psychology to ensure your team has the physical fuel to match their mental ambition.

I’m deeply committed to helping HR and leaders create work environments where people are safe to speak up, inspired to grow, and strong enough to lead.

Me in a nutshell:
  • MSc in Organizational Psychology
  • 10+ years in HR leadership roles
  • Certified in change management, nutrition psychology & stress management
  • Evidence-based, empathetic, empowering

Outside of work: You’ll often find me boxing, hiking, or experimenting in the kitchen, chasing vitality as a lifestyle, not a checkbox.

Let’s make growth human again.
